Pokeball, Jiggly Puff & Torchick cup cakes
How to decorate Pokeball cupcakes.
Easy to do, use red food coloring in white frosting and frost one side in red, the other in white. Then use some black frosting (you can buy this already made in the cake aisle) to draw a line across the cupcake separating the red from the white. THen put a white circle candy in the middle or a tab of white frosting and you're set!
